A message from the creator on bulk orders:
Batch purchasing is any order larger than 8 items. 

 

Recommended retail store collections are suggested to be between 8- 20 items. I suggest starting with fewer to see how your buyers respond to the jewelry.

To begin the process for ordering a bulk purchase, please use the contact link through the site. 

How it works:

You select the items you think will sell in your store from the website. A line sheet for everything will be created with my website price listed and with a wholesale price listed.  You will be charged the wholesale price. The wholesale price will be a markdown anywhere from 15-35%. Discount percentages will vary from item to item because their web markup on my site varies. For example, smaller items typically have a larger markup on my website, so you can expect those to have a larger percentage marked down as their “wholesale” price.

When you are ready to finalize the order, a “Product Line” listing will be created on my website and you can purchase the bulk jewelry with one single purchase online (with card or PayPal).

All items on the line sheet will be removed from the website. Venders are welcome to price each item however they see fit in their store.  Price the jewelry at your own discretion.

Shipping- Ready to ship items are mailed the week you complete your payment online. I ship USPS Insured unless you specifically asks for different shipping. I charge a flat fee of $20 for bulk shipping unless the buyer specified shipping method is more expensive, then the rate will be adjusted to reflect the new shipping cost. Tracking number for the order is sent the same day it is sent in the mail.

Returns- I cannot accept returns if items do not sell.
Because of the handmade nature of the jewelry, not every piece will be perfect or exactly alike. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the items upon receiving them for damages to return anything broken or damaged at the beginning of purchase.

Swaps- Some stores in the past have asked to swap out merchandise for other things if the items they selected had not sold in a few months. I am happy to swap items out one time for equal dollar amount if the item has not sold in two months. For example, if you have 2 bracelets that did not sell after 2 months but the earrings have sold out, I’m happy to swap your bracelets for earrings as long as the wholesale dollar amount is comparable. All swaps must be done in one single transaction. Items being swapped must be shipped back in the same condition they were originally sold. Buyer pays for shipping to send all items back. Swapped merchandise must be received by me before I can send the replacement items out.
